If students prefer dormitory housing, they should check the ‘dormitory option’ on the back side of the application form. Rooms are reserved on a first-come first-served basis, in order of receipt of the full application and dormitory fees. Dormitory fees should be paid in full along with other fees by April 25 (Fri), 2008. If there are no vacancies, dormitory fees will be refunded. Students should familiarize themselves with dormitory regulations through the KLI website or Orientation book.

Every room is a double.
The dormitory is located on the University Campus, on the hill by the North Gate.
  (It takes 15 minutes by walk from KLI ; KLI provides shuttle bus service)
All rooms are equipped with the following essentials: beds, desks, study chairs, closet, fan and shoe cabinets (the dorm is also air-conditioned). If students want blankets, it will be provided.
Laundry rooms are located in the basement of each dorm. Bathrooms are located on each floor.
Only lamps, hair dryers, clocks, stereos, and electric razors may be used in the room (220V current use only).
Meals are not included in the dormitory fees. There is a cafeteria in the basement of Dorm #2. Meals are available at a cost of 2,000 ~ 3,000 Won in the dorm cafeteria.
The dormitory is locked between 12:00 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. Curfew is strictly enforced.
Smoking and drinking are not allowed in the dormitory building.
Each room has a phone for receiving phone calls only. Each phone has a phone number starting with 2123. The next four digits are different for each room. You may also make internal calls to other rooms by pressing the last four digits. To make outgoing calls, you must use the pay phone in the lobby or the entrance of each building. You can purchase phone cards at any convenience store. Phone call from foreign countries to Korea can be made by calling (82-2)2123-**** directly.
Students staying in the dormitory must follow all dormitory regulations. Students who do not follow the regulations will be asked to leave the dormitory. Please note if this occurs, dormitory fees will not be refunded
Refund Policy: If a student withdraws by June 25, 100% of the dormitory fee will be refunded. If a student withdraws by July 2, 80% of the dormitory fee will be refunded. After July 3, the dormitory fee is not refundable, no exceptions.
