The KLI trains the consignee instructors to be dispatched to overseas countries by NIKL. The 9 instructors who will be dispatched to the overseas “Sejong Institutes” by NIKL to teach Korean language to the natives will take lessons for 120 hours during 40 days from May 19 till July 13.

In addition to the expression, phonetics and apprehension of Korean language, demonstration teaching will be held for the corresponding native students who currently study in the KLI and it is expected to be very effective training.


Mr. Choi, Moon-Gyoo, director of ILRE mentioned “I really welcome you who will take a very important role to deliver the Korean language to the outside world” when he was making speech in the orientation on May 19. At this orientation, Mr. Choi Yong-Gi, manager of Korean language promotion dept. and Ms. Jeon Na-young, director of KLI & ITKLI attended at this orientation to encourage the students.

In the meantime, NIKL established two “Sejong Institutes” in Mongol in March 2007 in order to deliver the Korean language worldwide. The consignee trainees in the KLI will be dispatched to overseas “Sejong Institutes” that NIKL has established.
